We can only accept returns on unopened & unused products, they must be in their original shrink wrapping or their seal must not have been tampered with. Some products do not contain a shrink band or tamper proof label, to return these items, we will need to inspect these products and be 100% confident that the product has not been used.
Should you want to return any part of your online order please contact us within 14 days of your original order date. For a return authorization, email us with your name, order # & return reason to hello@positivitybeautyshop.com All returns must be received to us no later than 30 days after original order date. Upon inspection of products, Positivity Beauty will issue your return to your original payment form (or Positivity Beauty gift card) within 10 business days. We do not pay for return shipping & are not responsible for lost returns. (it is always best to track & insure your returns). We do not accept returns on opened products. We make our natural soaps in small batches, so please know that the texture and color of our handmade soaps can vary.
